The picture "I will not fail
thee" has brought my family such hope and
peace. It still hangs in my bedroom and I go to
sleep and wake up to it every day. When my
mother had to go into a convalescent home before
she died I bought the print and brought it to
her and said "mom, this is just how you looked
as a little girl - when you look at this picture
imagine that is you with Jesus holding you." I
cannot tell you the peace and comfort that it
brought to my mother before she died. Thank you
so much for your gift.

Derek Hegsted is an artist who pours
his soul into his work. His hands provide a vessel
for the spirit of the Lord to testify of God's love
through this medium. His work is personal, deeply
layered with testimony, and filled with meaning
and matters of eternal importance. Our family owns
several of his pieces, and we look forward to future
purchases. His artwork touches the soul and the

I met Derek at the local fitness
center and had no idea I was in the presence of
such a fantastic artist. Derek is very personable
and what touched me most is the outpour of concern
and caring he has for his wife and six children.
My husband and I were just admiring his work and
I have to say that although one leads you here to
look at and/ or purchase artwork, you could not
be purchasing and supporting a more caring man and
his family and he has great sense of humor!
